Primary Shoe Seal
The SealMaster Primary Shoe Seal for aboveground
storage tanks floating roofs in specifically designed to
enable tank owners to maximize the operation of their
tankage. The SealMaster sealing system meets a
design specification of -X/+3X mm resulting in gas-tight
sealing of our of round tanks. The primary seal
has been designed to remain in full contact with the
tank shell at all times reducing emissions and possible
rim fires. The primary seal, when installed on a lower
fixing angle, enables the Secondary SealMaster design to
be low profile, thus increasing the capacity of a
floating roof tank and the operating efficiency.
This way tank owners maintain competitiveness and
