Fiberglass Roof
The HMT DeckMaster Fiberglass Internal Floating Roof
combines seamless, unsinkable construction, with the
strength of reinforced fiberglass to provide a full
contact floating roof designed to resist any product
normally stored in floating roof tanks. Its
polypropylene honeycomb core is "sandwiched" between
multiple layers of glass reinforced polyester, resulting
in a smooth, seamless and virtually indestructible
floating roof.
In operation, the DeckMaster floating in full contact
with the liquid preventing evaporation of the stored
product. Designed to accommodate both a mechanical
shoe primary seal and a secondary seal, the DeckMaster
is fully gas tight, leak proof and unsinkable.
