HMT is pleased to announce that Pasadena Tank Corporation (PTC) - previously acquired in 2008 - is now fully integrated as part of the HMT LLC brand, as a division of HMT. The PTC name will no longer be used. This will not only expand the advanced HMT new tank construction services, but strengthen even more our technology and capabilities with the PTC’s extensive track record of successful projects.

PTC has a long history of building quality tanks in the Gulf Coast Region, since 1981. Same qualified and experienced employees will now operate as one company, HMT LLC, and continue to provide the personal, trustful and dedicated working relationships our customers are used to.

Our combined expertise, strong leadership and the new addition of the tank facility in Baytown (TX), will position HMT even more as a global leader in the aboveground storage tank industry, allowing us to continue to provide leading edge quality, safety, and streamline services that our company is known for.
